Northern Ceilings and Partitions Limited is a multi discipline company specialising in the SFS, Drywall and Suspended Ceiling trades, with experience across all sectors and project sizes.
We offer two services to support our clients through the delivery of their project to their client.
Who are we?
Established by Gareth Rees, with 20 years of leadership & management experience within the trade industry, with significant experience in package value negotiation and project delivery.
NCP Ltd has been established to continue to deliver trade packages on projects with integrity, but with an additional focus on providing additional services to Main Contractors and clients, to enable successful delivery on all projects that the client undertakes.
What do we do?
Growth of any new business is particularly hard and challenging at any stage, let alone within the demanding environment and industry of construction. At this time there are limitations on the value of traditional sub-contract packages that can be fully delivered by NCP Ltd on a contractor basis.
Having been primary and project lead on sub-contract package values up to £3.75M and successfully delivering against project outcomes, we have the specific knowledge and proven expertise across numerous sectors that would enable us to work with clients and main contractors at an early stage of project conception / negotiation in order to minimise the risk to the client / main contractor, whereby a true package budget is established which meets the end users requirements, the main contractors trade requirements, but also combines the knowledge of a ‘non-competing’ subcontractor for benefit of integrity of the bid.
